Terms of Service
General
1. I may accept or deny any commission requests at my discretion. I am happy to draw a wide variety of characters including OCs, game/series fan art, religious figures, historical figures! However, as a rule, I will not draw sexually explicit subjects or figures traditionally forbidden to depict (e.g. the Tetragrammaton, God, or the Prophet Muhammad).2. Rates may change at any time, but commissions in progress are not subject to new rates.3. Turnaround time is usually approximately two weeks from date of acceptance, but specifics may be discussed between myself and the client.
Image rights
1. I may share your commission image and use it for my portfolio or social media. If you would like your commission private and not distributed publicly, let me know.2. Please discuss commercial usage with me prior to the commission. Additional fees apply and vary depending on the nature of usage.3. The client may not remove my watermark or signature.4. Please credit me for the piece when redistributing the artwork.
The commission process
1. I do not allow refunds once I have begun working on the piece.2. Payment is strictly 50% upfront and 50% after the completion of the piece. Locally, I accept payment through GCash, Maya, and bank transfer (GoTyme or BPI). Internationally, I accept and prefer Wise but also take PayPal.3. I will send WIPs throughout the process so we can discuss adjustments and you can check in on the progress of the work.4. Major changes will not be allowed after the sketch stage of the artwork.
